1. Eligibility Criteria
- Location: Must reside in the US with a matching billing address.
- Age: 18+ years old.
- Account: A registered Shop Pay account is required.
- Currency: Transactions must be in USD.
2. Order & Shipping Limits
- Order Value: $35–$30,000 USD.
- Excluded Items: Cannot be used for gift cards, subscriptions, or B2B orders.
- Shipping: P.O. Boxes, military APO addresses, and US territories (e.g., Puerto Rico) are not supported.
3. Payment Methods
- Debit Cards: Supported for all installment plans.
- Credit Cards: US only; accepted for 4 bi-weekly payments (Excludes Capital One & Chase).
- Restrictions: Prepaid cards and digital wallets (Apple Pay/Google Pay) are not accepted.
4. Financial Considerations
- Approval: Final decision is made by Affirm at checkout on a case-by-case basis.
- Credit Freeze: Any credit locks must be lifted before Affirm can process your application.
- Account Changes: PII updates (email/phone) must be synced with both Shop Pay and Affirm before new purchases.
