Is there a minimum purchase amount on a B2B purchase?

Yes, $500.00 per order.

How is the discount calculated on my order?

Discount codes will be provided once your account is approved and is to be applied at checkout. These codes cannot be combined with other offers. Once you place items from our web site into your shopping cart, the discount will be applied based on the total of the original selling price. If there should be a sale discount in effect that is greater than your trade discount, we will honor the best price for you.

 How do I utilize my tax-exempt status on my B2B purchase?

Once Tax-exempt status is approved and applied to your customer account, this will be automatically applied to order at checkout based on validated shipping location(s)

When is my purchase charged to my charge card?  

When your order is placed.

Once my order is placed is there a way to view or track the order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the appropriate shipping details.

Do I have a choice of shipping options?

No, J. Queen is responsible for shipping costs and carrier choice.

Are returns accepted on B2B purchases?

Returns for B2B purchases are not accepted.  We stand behind our products, so in the rare case of a damaged or defective item, please contact B2B Customer service at CustomerService@jqueen-ny.com for assistance.

 Can the B2B discount be used to purchase gift cards?

No, purchases of gift cards are not discounted.

Can gift cards be used for B2B purchases?

No, we do not accept gift cards for B2B orders.

Are all products eligible for the B2B discount?

Only full-priced items are eligible for the B2B discount.
