If you would like to request a return, please contact customer service at CustomerService@jqueen-ny.com. There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product:

  • All sales from “Last Chance” are final. These items are not eligible for return.
  • Items are eligible for return only if they are defective, damaged in transit, or do not match what was ordered. You have 30 calendar days to return an eligible item from the date your package was delivered.
  • In the event of a partial return of a tiered sales event order, the amount of credit will be calculated using the appropriate percentage off the new total sale amount.
  • Please allow for a potential 8-12 business day window for refunds to be issued by original method of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If the item(s) on your order have not yet shipped, you may be able to cancel an item or the entire order, but the ability to cancel is not guaranteed. To request cancellation for an order or item, please contact customer service CustomerService@jqueen-ny.com.
