There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product:

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of your order to qualify for full refund. All items returned must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- All sales from “Last Chance” are final. These items are not eligible for return.

In the event of a partial return of a tiered sales event order, the amount of credit will be calculated using the appropriate percentage off the new total sale amount.
- Please allow for a potential 8-12 business day window for refunds to be issued by original method of payment.
- Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Cancellation Policy
