Yes! Many of our textiles, including the Premier quilts and duvet covers, are both OEKO-TEX® and GOTS certified, meeting the highest standard for textile safety and environmental responsibility. Our Premier sheets and other products are OEKO-TEX® certified, ensuring they’re free from harmful substances. With J. Queen, you can enjoy luxurious, beautifully crafted products that are safe and better for your home.

Every product page includes a detailed sizing guide. For example, our comforter sets, quilts, and duvet covers are available in Twin/Twin XL, Full/Queen, King, and California King sizes, with exact measurements provided to ensure the perfect fit.

Bath
Our bath towels are crafted from premium cotton, including Turkish cotton, known for its superior absorbency and softness.
Machine wash cold with mild detergent, avoid bleach, and tumble dry on low to preserve softness and absorbency. Always refer to the care label for specific instructions for your product.
Yes. Our premium cotton towels are gentle on the skin and free from harmful chemicals, making them suitable for sensitive skin.
Wash towels separately, avoid fabric softeners (they coat fibers and reduce absorbency), and shake them out after drying to restore fluffiness.
Product Care
Follow the care labels on each product. Most items can be machine washed on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Avoid bleach and high-heat drying to preserve quality.
Fold and store items in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For seasonal pieces, consider breathable fabric storage bags to prevent dust and creasing.

Loyalty
We don’t currently offer a loyalty program, but we encourage you to sign up for our mailing list to be the first to know about new collections, rewards, and special offers.
B2B
Yes, a minimum of $500 per order is required.
Approved accounts receive discount codes applied at checkout. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers, and the best price between sales and trade discounts is honored.
Once approved, tax-exempt status is automatically applied at checkout based on the validated shipping location.
B2B orders are non-returnable, and gift cards cannot be purchased or used with B2B discounts.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
You may return unused, unwashed items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Final Sale items are not eligible. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. International returns may incur restocking and shipping fees.

No, Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 8–12 business days after your return is processed.
We don’t currently process direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.
Ordering & Shipping
Orders ship within three business days. Domestic orders are shipped via FedEx Ground/Home Delivery; shipping is free on orders over $149.99.
Yes, international orders ship via DHL within three business days. Rates are calculated at checkout.
Yes. You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships. If your order contains multiple items, you may receive more than one tracking number. Please allow up to five business days for tracking updates to appear.
