Orders are shipped from our warehouse via FedEx Ground/Home Delivery Service within one to three days of order receipt. Shipping is free for orders greater than $149.99.

As soon as your items have shipped, we'll send you a Shipment Notification email that includes a carrier tracking number. If you ordered multiple items, you may have separate tracking information for each item.
Shipping is available to addresses within the continental US. No shipments can be made to PO Box addresses, United States territories, or addresses outside of the United States.
Items ship as they become available. Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond our control once it leaves the shipping facility, we cannot be held liable for late deliveries.
Items that are pre-ordered will ship as soon as they become available. Though the estimated ship date is subject to change, we will notify you via email if your order will ship later than expected. Full payment is required at checkout for all orders, including pre-orders.

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product:
Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receipt of your order to qualify for full refund. All items returned must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- All sales from “Last Chance” are final. These items are not eligible for return.
In the event of a partial return of a tiered sales event order, the amount of credit will be calculated using the appropriate percentage off the new total sale amount.
- Please allow for a potential 8-12 business day window for refunds to be issued by original method of payment.
If the item(s) on your order have not yet shipped, you may be able to cancel an item or the entire order, but the ability to cancel is not guaranteed. To request cancellation for an order or item, please contact customer service CustomerService@jqueen-ny.com.
