Orders are shipped via FedEx Ground/Home Delivery Service within three business days of order placement.

Orders are shipped via DHL within three business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Prices are GST inclusive. The total amount you pay includes all applicable customs duties and taxes. You will not be charged additional fees upon delivery.
  • Shipping is not available to P.O. Boxes.
  • Delivery times vary by country; tracking information will be provided.

Shipment Tracking

Once your items have shipped, you will receive a Shipment Notification email with a carrier tracking number. If your order contains multiple items, each may have separate tracking information. Please allow up to five business days for tracking updates to display accurately.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
  • Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may be delayed; customers may be contacted to correct them.
  • Packages returned due to an undeliverable address may incur additional shipping fees.

Order Processing

Items ship as they become available. While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, J. Queen New York is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control.

Pre-Orders

Pre-ordered items will ship as soon as they are available. Estimated ship dates are subject to change; customers will be notified via email of any delays. Full payment is required at checkout for all pre-orders.

Last Chance or Clearance Items

Last Chance and Clearance items cannot be combined with other promotions or sales. These items are final sale and are not eligible for returns. For more information, please see our Return Policy.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive the wrong item or if your product is damaged during shipping, please contact Customer Service at CustomerService@jqueen-ny.com. Kindly retain photos of the item and its original packaging for reference.

Returns & Refunds

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Clearance or Last Chance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Return options:
    • Store Credit – Receive a virtual gift card immediately when scanned at the carrier.
    • Refund – Issued after the item is physically returned, inspected, and processed. Allow 8–12 business days for the refund to appear.
  • Partial returns from tiered sale orders will have refunds adjusted according to the new total discount.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges.
  • To purchase a different item, follow the return process for the original item, then place a new order.
  • Store credit may be used immediately for a new purchase, or wait for a refund to the original payment method.

Return Shipping

  • Domestic Returns (U.S.) – Free. A QR code is provided at the U.S. Returns Portal to scan at FedEx.
  • International Returns – Customers may use a prepaid label (charges apply) or ship at their own cost. All international returns have a 20% restocking fee; customs fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact Customer Service at CustomerService@jqueen-ny.com. We provide a full refund or replacement, including return shipping if applicable.

Gift Returns

Gift items may be returned for a J. Queen virtual gift card, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Contact Customer Service for assistance.

Cancellations & Pre-Orders

  • Orders can only be cancelled prior to shipment. Contact Customer Service as soon as possible.
  • Pre-orders follow the same process; cancellation is not guaranteed once processing begins.

Monitoring & Abuse

We monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns from users who exhibit repeated, excessive, or fraudulent return behavior.
