Shipping

J. Queen New York is dedicated to shipping your order as quickly as possible. Learn more about shipping times, methods, costs, and carriers below.

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped from our warehouse via FedEx Ground/Home Delivery Service within one to three days of order receipt. Shipping is free for orders greater than $149.99.

Shipment Tracking

As soon as your items have shipped, we'll send you a Shipment Notification email that includes a carrier tracking number. If you ordered multiple items, you may have separate tracking information for each item.

Shipping Restrictions

Shipping is available to addresses within the continental US. No shipments can be made to PO Box addresses, United States territories, or addresses outside of the United States.

Shipping Policy

Items ship as they become available.  Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond our control once it leaves the shipping facility, we cannot be held liable for late deliveries.

Pre-Orders

Items that are pre-ordered will ship as soon as they become available.  Though the estimated ship date is subject to change, we will notify you via email if your order will ship later than expected.  Full payment is required at checkout for all orders, including pre-orders.

Incorrect or damaged items

If you received the wrong product or it was damaged during shipping, please contact customer service at CustomerService@jqueen-ny.com.

Returns 

J Queen New York will always stand behind our products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason our team will gladly work with you to provide a solution.

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product:

• Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receipt of your order to qualify for full refund.  All items returned must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

• All sales from “Clearance” are final. These items are not eligible for return.

• In the event of a partial return of a tiered sales event order, the amount of credit will be calculated using the appropriate percentage off the new total sale amount.

• Please allow for a potential 8-12 business day window for refunds to be issued by original method of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If the item(s) on your order have not yet shipped, you may be able to cancel an item or the entire order, but the ability to cancel is not guaranteed. To request cancellation for an order or item, please contact customer service CustomerService@jqueen-ny.com.
